The Bengaluru leg of the WPL comes to an end as the hosts register a win in what will be their last home game before the next editions. All eyes are now on the Delhi leg, where we will be seeing hosts Delhi Capitals take on defending champions, Mumbai Indians. Smriti Mandhana (Royal Challengers Bangalore captain): After the last two matches, we were under the pump. Losing toss didn't help but the chat that even if we batted first we had to come out with intent. Meghana's knock at the top order was crucial and then the way Richa finished it off. Then the bowling was quite good. Got a little lucky on 26 but I will take that as we really wanted the win. The feel and practice was there. Grinding it out in domestic really helped. It was a good preparation and as you know lefties need to get the feel. It was really fun, she made me run a lot of twos. The only chat was targeting the shorter side of the boundary. Both are experienced enough to understand which bowler to hit. There were times when I said you wait I will go and vice versa. Well the way Healy and Kiran started made me feel a bit itchy but we never felt that we were out of the game. We had to keep doing the basic things and the bowlers kept chipping away with the wickets.

Ellyse Perry: All five games we have played here have been amazing. Incredibly grateful to the crowd for coming in such large numbers. Yeah we have played a lot of cricket in the last few months. Probably had a great chance to get myself in today. Nice in the end to send a few balls over the fence. Great pitch to bat on here. We are really trying to take pride in fielding and we try to put fielders in the right place. We had a great time in the field. Just the way we held our nerves with the ball. Great to perform in front of our fans. I was a bit worried there after hitting the car window. Not sure there is an insurance there (chuckles)

A complete victory for the hosts as they beat the UP Warriorz, a team against whom they registered a first win of the Bengaluru leg. They will now have a relaxed flight on the way to Delhi, where they will be looking to continue this winning juggernaut of theirs. Thank You, Bengaluru on the big screen at the Chinnaswamy as the players take a lap of honour to thank the crowd.

The chase started off with a maiden over as Alyssa Healy had no answers to the swinging deliveries bowled by Renuka Singh Thakur. The Aussie and UP Warriorz skipper then stepped foot on the gas as he scored runs in the next over. Kiran Navgire took a leaf out of her captain's book and scored boundaries as well before Sophie Devine struck and picked up RCB's first wicket.

But all the talk tonight will be about Chamari Athapaththu's dismissal. Whilst one could see the ball was going down the legside, the ball tracking showed the wickets were instead hitting and deemed her out. RCB then managed to dismiss Grace Harris cheaply and also picked up the wicket of Shewta Sehrawat, who only managed to pick up a single run.

Poonam Khemnar and Deepti Sharma threatened to take the game away but it was Asha Sobhana who struck back and picked up the wicket of the Indian all-rounder. In the end, it was Sophie Molineux who bowled the last over and ended the chase with the wicket of Poonam Khemnar, sealing their third victory.

RCB's bowling was terrific. Renuka Singh Thakur had an outing to forget, concerning most runs in an over in this edition of the league. Sophie Devine, Sophie Molineux, Georgia Wareham and Asha Sobhana bowled their 4 overs and picked up two wickets each. They were good in the field as well and had the support of their 12th man, the vociferous and extremely supportive Bengaluru faithful, who came out in large numbers today.
